Sarah is a highly experienced legal operations and legal procurement leader who advises General Counsel and legal operations leaders on a broad range of legal operations topics, legal department management, and legal service provider management.

Before joining Gartner in 2022, Sarah worked as a lawyer for 13 years (law firm and in-house) before moving into legal procurement and contract management. Sarah joined Royal Mail’s professional services procurement team, then moved to work for the GC as Director of Legal Operations for 5 years. Her role included operational management of the legal team, implementing legal technology and process improvements, buying legal services and managing external providers. She set up her own legal operations/procurement consulting business in 2018, advising various corporate legal teams on a range of projects. She has published numerous articles and presented at various legal conferences and webinars over the last 7 years.
