Dubious investment schemes - don't get caught out

The SRA has seen an increase in the number of solicitors becoming involved in dubious investment schemes. Although it is a minority, the damage to clients and the reputation of the profession is large. This session will explain the risks in this area, the SRA's expectations, and how to make sure you don't unwittingly become involved.
