Can Lawyers Justify using the Cloud?

This seminar examines the multitude of uses that lawyers make of the Cloud: some knowingly, others unknowingly.  Next we examine the prohibitions against using the Cloud in data protection law and under the SRA's rules. Can lawyers use service levels to overcome deficiencies in Cloud contracts? How and why do lawyers actually use the Cloud? More importantly, the seminar explains how lawyers justify their use of Cloud based technology.
