Nigel is a Director at Financial Eye and an experienced risk and compliance advisor to law firms specialising in COFA/HOFA compliance, business viability and sustainability. Qualified in 1994, Nigel has been responsible, as Finance Director, for a range of businesses in different sectors for over 20 years.
Nigel is also a Director at LawGuard, a firm which provides industry best-practice, cost effective, cyber security solutions especially designed for the legal profession. LawGuard provides a range of security measures designed to reduce the vulnerability of firms to cyber-attacks.
Mark is the CIO at LawGuard and also the owner and Technical Director of Capital Network Solutions, specialising in complex network infrastructure and advanced security solutions.
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience of providing cyber-security solutions and advice to organisations, particularly in the critical national infrastructure sector. He holds several globally recognised security accreditations including the ISC2 CISSP, Tiger QSTM, Cyber Essentials Auditor, and has been Cisco CCIE qualified for over 15 years.
