Mark is a Masters qualified Operations Management Lean Improvement Practitioner who has been involved with Lean improvements, in operational management, legal, manufacturing, service and marketing sectors for over 20 years. Allied to this Mark has written several articles on improvement in the legal sector, including for Addleshaw Goddard where he is an associate of the Client Development Centre.
He is an Associate Lecturer at Leeds University Business School in Operations Management and recently agreed to deliver training to graduates of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme.
