Brian O’Neill

Client Communications Ltd

Brian O’Neill, practiced as a solicitor in Glasgow for more than 20 years. He was a founding Director of Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre (GSPC) when it set up in 1993.

After leaving private practice, Brian worked with a legal IT Company, becoming its Chief Executive (and picking up an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Graduate School of Business along the way). Since 2005, Brian has been providing a wide range of consultancy services to law firms and is the founding director of Client Communications.

Brian is acutely aware that law firms have never been very good at promoting their services to their existing clients far less trying to promote them to prospective clients. Many small and medium sized law firms find themselves in precisely this position!

His company, Client Communications, aims to help law firms communicate with and secure relationships with clients, using their eNewsletter for law firms service.

Your clients are important – you have no excuse for losing them!

Lawyers are very good at communicating with their clients – during a transaction - but, once the transaction is completed, they might never communicate with the client again! In our seminar, we will show you how you can easily keep in touch with your clients on a regular basis, inform them about changes in the law, promote your services and win business from them.
