Ben has a background in CRM solution design and implementation having worked for 14 years with CRM technologies.
Working with organisations such as Ministry of Defence, Capita, the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and more recently Barclays Investment Bank, Ben understands the challenges of CRM adoption and implementation both from technical architecture and business process change perspectives.
Today he drives technical strategy at Introhive, working with organisations to maximise the benefits delivered from contact, company and relationship insights.
