Mr Sucheet Amin

Lavatech Limited

Sucheet is an APIL Senior Litigator and personal injury solicitor who set up Aequitas Legal in August 2009, a multi-award winning firm based in Manchester.

He is also Past President of Manchester Law Society. Focussing on exceptional client service, Sucheet embraced technology in the modern law firm and in 2012 he developed his own mobile app inCase™ which he himself integrated into the firm’s case management system. Believing in the future of mobile app technology and his clients demand to communicate through inCase™, Sucheet took the decision to re-develop the “award-winning” app as a white-labelled product and offer it as a cost-effective and fully maintained product for law firms.

Sucheet has won numerous awards for himself and his businesses relating to client service, including the Law Society Awards, Excellence in Client Service 2013 (shortlisted again in 2014).
