The Legal Ombudsman also helps legal service providers and claims management companies improve their complaints handling processes through professional learning courses and other methods of feedback.
Our courses focus on first tier complaints handling and best practice. The aim is to help service providers understand the Legal Ombudsman`s investigation process and to give an insight into different aspects of complaint handling and customer care to prevent complaints escalating to the Legal Ombudsman.
